Tried for the first time and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service as well. We split the beef sliders to start, which were tasty and had well balanced flavours. My partner got the wings tossed in Frank's - they were crispy, large and tasty, and came with a yummy dip. Would have liked to have been given some veggie sticks to go with them, they were kind of sad without a side and carrots/celery are a classic. I got the hot honey chicken pizza per the server's recommendation. I assumed it was breaded chicken pieces (when I think 'hot honey chicken' I think Southern fried chicken) - it wasn't, but it was still really tasty. Loved the combo of the cheeses with the caramelized onions and honey. My favourite thing though was the drink I ordered, 'Leaf me in the morning' I think it was called. A delicious bourbon & apple cinnamon drink, very well made with a sugar rim. Yum! We'll come back for sure. PS they played great music as well! For reference, this was around 8pm on a Wednesday.
Noah our server was AMAZING! She was so attentive, sincere and pleasant in conversation. She is the reason we will be coming back to NV. The food was on point, and a minor issue with our olive martinis were quickly rectified. :) Thank you for a wonderful experience!! From my fiancé and I.
Came to NV Kitchen & Bar with my family for dinner and the experience was great. We used their patio and it is pet friendly. Food was great and the service was really good. Prices are also reasonable. Highly recommended.
Just moved to Gueph and found this place... Now I come here often and it never disappoints! Popped in late for a quick meal and drink tonight- savored the steak frites along with an espresso martini. The service was incredibly quick and fun to converse with. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and cozy. This restaurant is super clean, has beautiful decor and amazing food/drinks. Not to mention they're open late! Highly recommend! Ask for Dennis or Adrian - they'll take great care of you. Thank you NV!
Very enjoyable. My husband had the battered cod tacos and I had the Buffalo Chicken Mac, both were delicious. I had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert and I highly recommend it. The service was very good. Huge selection of bourbons, tequila and scotch.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening out on the patio. Nicely updated with plants, lights, tall tables & more. Ordered the curly fries, that was a delicious plate full! Aldo recommended Hendricks for my g&t.. good choice too Lovely chat with the owner, who was kind enough to introduce himself to us. We will be back!
Came to Guelph for an evening out with friends. This restaurant is situation in the centre of huddle and bustle. The atmosphere is awesome. The way they have lights and art up create a great vibe. Our service (whom we coined as 'Dynamite Dennis') was very upbeat and not overly attentive. He seemed to pop up at the right time. I loved the fact that when he accidently dropped one of our drinks he was able to come keep his composure and even laugh at himself (his teammates quickly jumped in to support him and also was able to continue to lighten the mood. We all had a great time. Food portions were great and the service of ALL staff members (whether interacting with us or other guests) were all the same level of positive energy and smiles. Can we also talk about the playlist on Friday night... Wow! We were catching up with everyone at the table but still table jamming and enjoying our food. Overall we had a great experience. Food was good but the service would be the reason I return. I don't often tip above 20% but you gotta give credit to the hard working staff. Thank you again
My man Adrian last night is one of the best servers we have had anywhere. Anywhere. Overall has every perfect trait a server should have. Food was excellent. Came quick. Consistently checking on us and funny as hell. We came to watch a show close by out of town and will defiantly be back.
